Description

This position is responsible for the direct oversight of the physician practice clinical staff operations to ensure safe, effective operations.  The Practice and Administrative Manager will provide daily oversight and administrative direction, coordination and support with patient safety and organizational business goals, regulatory requirements and the strategic plan of Penobscot Valley Hospital.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years old;  High School diploma or GED.

PVH employment application required.  Job offer contingent upon background check and pre-employment physical.


Bachelors Degree required in healthcare administration or related field.

2 + years related experience in clinical healthcare required.

Demonstrated leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills and highly organized. 

Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel. 

Experience using Electronic Health Records preferred.
