 The PVH Health Information Department strives to keep accurate, up-to-date, organized files of patient care. Although many filing systems have converted to being mostly electronic, hospitals are still required to maintaining existing files on individuals for a certain number of years. If you have any questions about the medical records division or your own records, please contact the PVH Health Information Department.
