PVH is seeking a qualified candidate to lead our Emergency and Inpatient nursing units, and oversee Case Management and Phlebotomy. Incumbent will supervise department staff, as well as department operations and goals for optimizing patient care, experiences and safety. The qualified candidate is organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills, has demonstrated leadership skills.
Minimum 18 years old; High School diploma or GED.

License Requirement: State of Maine Registered Nurse.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
Educational Preferred: Course or prior training and competency on intubation. Certification in Emergency and Med-Surg Nursing.
Experience: Long term care and 2-3 years of recent progressive management experience.
Special Skills Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Patient assessment skills for all age ranges.
